Hi there As I'm sure you know the download speed is affected by the number of people seeding that particular torrent at that particular time, however I would imagine that as long as you have completely downloaded that torrent, then your upload speeds should be independent and not related to the amount of people seeding/downloading that torrent. This may be a stupid question, but is it safe to presume that you haven't changed any settings (utorrent or otherwise) between now and when your speeds were 1.0 mb/s? One other possibility would be that your ISP has decided to limit the upload (and maybe the download) speed of P2P connections??
